Update

Crossout: New Year!

New Year’s workbench with lots of parts, favourite brawls, festive atmosphere in the garage, and a new relic weapon — those are the ingredients for a great winter celebration! Happy upcoming holidays, survivors!

The “New Year” event

Attention! The event and the workbench will be available from December 18 to January 14 inclusive!

  • Throughout the “New Year” event, players can participate in the special brawls to earn crackers.
  • The crackers and other resources and parts can be used at the special “Workshop” workbench to produce a number of cosmetic items, as well as parts with predetermined upgrades!
  • During the event, you can produce the unique “King duck” decor using the “Ninjaduck”, “Springduck”, “Beachduck” and “Hailduck” (3 pcs. each). You can keep this decor for your collection or use it to produce the “Judgment day arsenal” container. It gives you 1 non-tradable relic part of your choice (except for the “Destroyer” grenade launcher and the new “AC96 Anomaly” autocannon).
  • After the event ends, all crackers that have not been used will disappear from storage.
  • As December 24 approaches, keep a close eye on your garage and don’t miss out on a small New Year gift!

  • [Consoles] Added controller hotkeys to the notification window about the lack of coins.
  • Improved the display of locked bonuses in the part upgrade window.
  • Now, the filters are saved in the window for selecting parts for upgrade. Also added the ability to open the context menu to that window.
  • Added the ability to go to the patches list via the notification about receiving a new patch.
  • The notification about an invitation to a group and the “Game center” no longer closes until the player responds to it.
  • Added controller hotkeys to the trade window.

  • Improved and optimized the sound effects for cannons and autocannons.
  • Added sound effects for the “Feathered serpent” decoration.

Changes marked by the ♥ icon are largely or fully inspired by your feedback, suggestions and comments.

  • ♥ Improved the blueprint verification process when sending one to a friend: now, the absence of any items from the blueprint in the sender’s inventory does not matter.
  • Added many weapons to the “Assembly assistant”, as well as the “Buggy wheel” and “Lunar IV” movement parts.
  • Added visual effects for shield durability. Enemy shields now also look different from ally shields.
  • Expanded the variety of AI-controlled vehicles in the 15000–16000 PS range.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the “Atitlan” co-driver talent from charging when firing the “Compiler” cannon.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the “Yeti” module perk to function incorrectly when the player was brought out of invisibility by an enemy “Verifier”.
  • Fixed a bug that caused incorrect display of tonnage and “reddening” of other movement parts when installed on an armoured car with “Widget” wheels.
  • Fixed an incorrect collision model for the “Horo” part.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed armoured cars with robotic legs and “Myriad” legs to activate the jack without being flipped over.
  • Changed the physics of hovers: they can no longer move when they are too high above the ground.
  • The truck now slows down if players are far away from it in the “Hit and run!” and “Gone in two minutes” raids.
  • Fixed a bug that caused incorrect tags for blueprints posted at the Exhibition before the “Autonomous weapons” tag was introduced.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the “Myriad” legs to generate a large number of visual effects under certain conditions.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Friends button to appear pressed after switching between menu tabs.
  • [Consoles] Fixed a bug that slowed the transition to polygon construction mode from the test drive.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the darkening of the “Corporation’s gold” paint pattern.
  • Fixed a bug that caused extra attachment points to appear inside the “Back wall” part.
  • Fixed a bug that caused banners in the in-game event announcements to flicker.
  • Improved a number of in-game texts and icons.
