Themed crafts “Butterfly”
We have assembled a collection of steel butterflies based on a contest in our official community!

Author's comment: "A rare butterfly that was able to survive the end of the world, it is protected as the apple of one's eye in the hope that everything is going to change someday."

Author comment: "At the time of the disaster, genetic changes affected not only people. Those mammals and insects, which were lucky enough to survive, also felt all the “advantages” of Crossout. What you see in the picture is one of the most interesting mutations that I captured on a research expedition. I remember back then I was still working with Dawn's Children..."

Author's comment: "After the disaster, among the chaos and cruel nature, little beauty remained in the world. Most of the animals, plants, and insects died out, the rest was mutated. But still, there are those who appreciate beauty, who build the nature of the past world from scrap metal."

Author's comment: "From the deepest bowels of the Earth, that monster, the Lepidoptera, emerged. It looks like a simple butterfly, but its power was beyond anyone’s control. Its weight reached several hundred tons, and the wings could sweep away whole forests and mountains, thus she deserved the name “Ferens Mortem”, which means “Death Bringer” in Latin. Her kinsman, also a giant butterfly, called “Mothra” could not get along with her since one only brought chaos, and the other — life. And when they met over the sea, where the Sahara desert is currently located, a fierce battle broke out. It lasted for several days, and in the end, Ferens Mortem fell, but because of their battle, the whole sea was destroyed, and a desert appeared in its place. The body of Ferens Mortem fell into the desert, which she and her relative created, and was drowned in the sands. After that, “Mothra” disappeared on the island of Infant and did not get out anymore, until 2019."

Author's comment: "Fiery flyer — A skilled hunter loves to bask on the sunny slopes of the wasteland luring enemies with the shine of its eyes, then poisoning them with pollen collected from special plants that appeared after the disaster. And thanks to a special mutation, it is able to overtake the enemy in the blink of an eye using her jet module!"
