Minor edits to the planned balance changes

In this announcement, we would like to inform you about the changes that will be made to the planned balance tweaks implemented on the test server.

• The perk of the “Ghost” cabin will be improved: now every second in invisibility mode will increase damage by 4% (the bonus can stack up to 20%). After exiting invisibility mode, the bonus will be reset in 6 seconds (instead of 5 seconds earlier).
• The speed of the “Icebox” will remain unchanged — 65 km/h.
• Cabin “Torero”:
  • The cabins perk will be improved: now the cabin will increase the accuracy of mounted weapons by 30% (instead of 20% earlier).
  • The speed will be reduced from 100 to 90 km/h (instead of 85 km/h on the test server).
• Cabin “Steppe spider”: the maximum speed will be increased from 60 to 65 km/h.

Update 0.13.50 is scheduled for this Thursday. Along with the already announced balance changes, you can expect:

• the start of the updated “Dronapocalypse” brawl;
• an updated version of the pack with the “Ghost” cabin and “Kapkan” minelayer;
• disabling the keyboard shortcuts to switch between the garage tabs;
• a new notification center.
